Research & Consultancy
Data-driven insights for sustainable tourism development. We assist organizations and investors in understanding the Kivu Belt landscape.
What this involves
We support researchers, film crews, journalists and student groups working on Lake Kivu — the practical side that is hard to arrange remotely.
That means boat access to specific sites, introductions to communities and local authorities, translation and fixing, safe storage for equipment, and crew who understand why you need to be at the same spot at the same hour every day for a fortnight.
We have supported limnology, fisheries, ornithology and social research on this lake. Tell us the scope and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.
What it includes
