Marine & Land Transport

We run boat transport across Lake Kivu for people who need to get somewhere rather than sightsee — between Kibuye, Rubavu and Rusizi, out to the islands, or to a landing point that suits your schedule.

Our boats are maintained to carry passengers safely in the conditions this lake actually produces, and our pilots have worked these routes for years. We carry researchers, NGO teams, wedding parties and freight.

Tell us the route, the date and how many of you there are, and we will quote it.
